These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Continental Cleaning Group LLC, doing business as Continental Cleaning ("Continental Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, communications, quote and booking processes, cleaning services, and SMS/text messaging program. By using our website, requesting or booking services, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current information when requesting a quote, making a booking, or communicating with us. You may not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services in a fraudulent or unlawful manner.

2. Quotes, Bookings and Service Information

Quotes are based on the information provided to us and may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, scope, access requirements, or requested work differs materially from the information originally supplied. A booking is not guaranteed until accepted or confirmed by Continental Cleaning through our booking system or other authorized communication.

Specific cleaning-service terms, cancellation rules, access requirements, payment terms, safety provisions, and other service obligations may also be governed by a separate customer service agreement or booking terms. If those terms conflict with these general Terms concerning a booked cleaning service, the more specific service agreement will control for that service.

3. Payments

Prices, deposits, payment timing, discounts, fees, taxes, and accepted payment methods will be presented through the applicable quote, booking process, invoice, or customer agreement. You authorize us and our payment providers to process charges that you have approved in connection with requested services. You remain responsible for valid amounts due under your booking or service agreement.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you provide a mobile phone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from Continental Cleaning, we may send messages relating to quote requests, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, customer support, account or payment matters, and other communications related to your relationship with us.

Promotional or marketing texts may be sent only when permitted by applicable law and consistent with the consent you provided.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send a confirmation message and will cease further non-required SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and other service providers and cannot be guaranteed.

5. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. If your number changes or is reassigned, you agree to notify us or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

Mobile opt-in information and text-message consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website or communications availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Continental Cleaning will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or messaging program. Liability relating to cleaning services may be subject to the applicable customer service agreement and governing law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

11. Governing Law
